Final Fight & Golden Axe

Forever Knight

Eye See You
Is there any way to download the games or is it being released on Wii, pS3, or 360?. I love them both and haven't played them for time.

The SNES version of Final Fight was released for the Wii Virtual Console two years ago. You can get that for 800 Wii Points (you would have to buy the points separately). The original arcade version was also part of the Capcom Classics Collection series for the PS2.

The arcade version of Golden Axe has been an XBox Live Arcade title since July 07, set at 400 Microsoft Points, and the Genesis version is also a Virtual Console title, also set at 800 Wii Points.

They have that new game for 360 Golden Axe Beast Rider, which I want to play. As soon as I can buy one I'm getting that & DOA4.

Alternately you can get Sonic Ultimate Genesis Collection, It doesn't have final fight, but it does have the next best thing, Streets of Rage, and about 40 other titles spanning the genesis, sms and sega's arcade games.

Indeed! and all for the low price of 39.99.. though when i got it at circuit city it was 29.99 due to the clearance I mostly got it for the Phantasy Star games. when you consider that PSIV alone was about $100 when it came out (I still have the cart) it pays for itself right there, plus it has the nice touch of adding in save states.

Nooooooooooooooooo! :O_O:
Avoid it at all costs, it's awful. I got it on clearance for $10 and it's still not worth it. You wouldn't think they could screw up something as simple as Golden Axe, but they did. It's now a generic 3rd person hack'n slash which would be fine except it's actually frustratingly hard. On top of that there's no co-op, the camera is awful and the screen-tearing is so bad it was making me motion sick.

$29.99 is actually the regular price. :)
It's an awesome collection, highly recommended. I have to admit though, Golden Axe isn't nearly as fun as I remember and I love beat'em up style games. The Genesis port of 1 is OK and GA 2 is decent but 3 is pretty awful. Oh well, nostalgia.
