While I can understand both sides of the argument, ultimately, the success of Final Fantasy XVI will depend on how Square Enix executes their vision. Whether or not the game is M-rated, what matters most is the storytelling and gameplay that fans have come to love and expect from the series.

I'm just glad to have a new Final Fantasy game to anticipate, regardless of the M-rating! I've been a fan of the series for a long time, and I can't wait to see what Final Fantasy XVI developer Square Enix has in store for us.

Most kids these days prefers playing Battle Royale Games, so an JRPG will not appeal to them. So it make sense to target an adult audience.

I heard there will be sex, drugs and hate crimes. This is not the romantic adventure Final Fantasy is known for.
