FF13 Final Fantasy XIII save file?

Hello guys!

Do you have any idea where I can get a save file for Final Fantasy XIII-1? I got to Chapter 11 and a malware made me reinstall my copy of Windows. I also do not have a save file on the Steam Cloud because I was playing offline the whole time. I do not want to start the game from scratch because this game is very long.

Is it possible to use another player's save file for this game?
