Fighting Games in Movies

If they rewritten Tekken, it wouldn't be so lame and said the names wrong.

For DOA, more characters and correct actors & actresses to play them.

I don't know all too much about fighting games, but I think Mortal Kombat would've worked if they would have added more horror & mysticism elements & upped the drama. Sure, people were getting killed & the fate of the world was at stake, but... those four main characters were rather calm about it.

OH! What would've been good too is if some of them made friends/ they formed alliances with other fighters to make it & had to watch some of those people get killed (The closest they got was hinting that Johnny felt bad for that Art guy) If they would've done this among other things to show that these characters were actively trying to take Shang Tsung down, yet have Shang use his knowledge of the rules & expertise at bending them to screw them over again & again, it would've worked very well.

Top 3 games I would like to see as movies:
UNCHARTED: Same storyline as the games, but try to tidy them up & tie the stories together better.
ASSASSIN'S CREED: Same story, but have Desmond escape before anything significant with Altair happens. Do a trilogy of films based on the three Ezio games with the Altair story being revealed to Desmond piece by piece through the bleeding effect.
TOMB RAIDER: A new story that will take the character seriously and treat her like what she is... Once again, I think I'd go to Nikita for inspiration.

If Street fighter was made a rewritten movie with the correct formulas of the game's story, what cast would play the characters?

Idk all the game movies i saw i never had any problems with. I liked the Mario and Street Fighter movies. Though i felt they lacked in some areas but what can you do? They only have so much time in between each. The acting wasn't the problem as the story from what i can tell. I personally thought the Street Fighter cast was pretty nice. c:

What about Soulcalibur? There better not be so famous actors & actresses.

Well... Siegfried & Kilik will be the main heroes. Wonder who'll be the females in the movie... Hilde and Xianghua.

The villains... Nightmare, Astaroth, Cervantes & Inferno.

Tekken movie rewrite

If the tekken movie were to be rewritten and some of the actors and actresses can be okay. But could use more and some to be removed, it should be like this. The tekken movie should take place with combined KOIF Tournaments 3 & 4.

Mistakes:
Mishima Zaibatsu is NOT called Tekken.
Iron Fist Tournament is only called Tekken/KOIF.
Bryan Fury is not the champion in the last tournament, it is Heihachi who beaten Kazuya.
Jun did not want Jin to compete in the tournament and hid her secrets as a participant from him.
You name one.

- Jin & Hwoarang are friendly rivals though not much friends. Ling Xiaoyu is the main heroine and is friends with Christie Monteiro & Eddy Gordo.
- Before Jun mysteriously disappears, Jun tells Jin about the devil gene, his half of the Mishima bloodline and who his father (Kazuya) is.
- Lee helps Heihachi prepare the tournament.
- Wang Jinrei coaches Jin since he knew his mother in the last tournament.
- Jin fights Craig and reveals his powers of the devil gene. Jin tells the others of his powers and how they came to be and who his father was.
- In the next few rounds, Ogre appears. Kazuya also appears and fights Lee.
- Jin and the others escape from the Tekken Force. Jin finally meets Kazuya face to face. While Heihachi, researches on Ogre's blood combined with the blood of Kazuya and Jin in their last matches + Jin's final battle with Ogre. They were captured and taken to the Hon Maru temple where the final battle will take place.
- All Jin, Kazuya & Heihachi fight each other
