Remember when the booming streaming business was so cutthroat that all the studios were hoarding their own shows behind massive walls of steel and refusing to share? That was….like, ten minutes ago. We guess times change in a blink these days. AMC Networks made the surprising announcement this morning that they’ve made a deal with Warner Bros to put some of their shows on Max, a competing service.

Oh, this is news the US. "The Walking Dead" has been accessible on Max in my country for a while now. Probably because we don't have AMC here. Funny how things work – AMC shows are on Max here, and all Hulu content is on Disney+. Guess being outside of America does have its perks sometimes!

AMC and Max are teaming up now? Color me intrigued. AMC+ was their thing, right? Now they're sharing? Interesting. "Fear The Walking Dead" on Max could be a game-changer, but no latest seasons? Not cool, AMC. And "A Discovery Of Witches"? Loved the books, but boring adaptation? Not so sure about that. Let's see if this deal lasts beyond October 31

This AMC and Max collab could totally be AMC's way of pulling in some extra cash. With syndication becoming a major play, they're probably looking to tap into new markets. And considering the ongoing writer and actor strikes, it's no surprise that many cable channels and streaming services are running low on fresh content. They've got to find innovative ways to keep the viewers engaged, right? Looks like this partnership is a smart move to shake things up and keep us entertained while the industry rides out the storm

AMC's changing lanes and joining Max's party? Woah, didn't see that twist coming! "Fear The Walking Dead" and "Killing Eve" vibes on Max? Count me in! AMC keeping the latest seasons though? Little bummed, but I'm down for a switch-up.
