Favorite Sentai ending

A lot of people seem to think that no Go-Busters vs Gokaiger is going to happen. I'll be really sad if it doesn't, but Vs Specials are announced in ... like November each time? So there's still a chance
I don't see why they wouldn't do one. Officially the Vs Series film for 2012 was Gokaiger Vs Gavan, which was so successful they're releasing a full Gavan film. Even if future entries didn't do so well at the cinema, the series started as straight-to-video (it's only since Go-Onger vs Gekiranger that they've been released theatrically) and it could always go back to that if it needed to.

There's no reason to not have a Gokaiger vs. Go-Busters movie.

KR vs. SS was a Spring movie, the teamups are usually in the Winter (with the exception of 199 Heroes, but they still had the teamup with Gavan in the Winter).

You just have to worry about if Toei decides to pull a Go-busters VS Kabutack out of their ass the way they did Gokaiger VS Gavan.

Given that it's a team of Space Pirates, the idea that they could run into a Space Sheriff really isn't all that out of left field though I doubt anyone would have predicted the revival of Metal Hero being born out of a Sentai movie. Looking back, I'm surprised nobody thought of this when DekaRanger was running.

But it's pretty much a "backdoor pilot" approach. Only in this case testing the waters for an old property rather than a new one. The gamble seems to have worked out so far.

Speaking of GoKaiger but also getting back to endings, I really liked how the TimeRanger episode tied into the series ending. Before this episode I was a little unclear as to what the state of the characters actually was in the fixed timeline for the 30th century. I wasn't quite sure if they returned with their memories intact or if they were absorbed into a new version of the timeline where maybe they had never been TimeRangers.

They kind of did, though only for a stage show which isn't quite the same thing. Also, I don't think it was any sort of anniversary year for the franchise when DekaRanger was on.

Nah, they'd more likely do Janperson with the Buddyroids calling him their "Dai Sempai" or something like that.

199 Heroes wasn't considered a Vs Series movie though. Gokaiger Vs Gavan was considered to be the Gokaigers' entry in the Vs Series, and the Goseigers got a prominent role in 199 Heroes to make up for them not getting to come back in an official Vs movie (and because I'm sure Toei didn't want to just waive the Goseiger cast's contractual obligations to return once more).

From what I understand, isn't moving out of the house at 18 just an USA thing? Akagi is not married and unless he moves out for work convenience, I don't see what is the big fuss over on he living with his family...

Nope, at least not until recently. Boomerang children or parasite singles as they are called in Japan have been a recent phenomenom
