Leo/Kamen Rider Psyga goes out the same way he came in fighting
Yuji Kiba/Kamen Rider Kaixa, I loved his final redemption holding down the orphenoch king so faiz could finish him off
Shurikenga truly a great death for a great character

We're talking villain deaths as well? Then I have to add in Logia's demise. Radia was a rube and got what was coming to him. Lucia put her life on the line for some final revenge, but the way Logia went out was so amazing.
