fansubbed shows NOT from Japan

this thread may be in the wrong section, but i was wondering if there were foreign shows that have english fansubs, toku or not that do not come from japan. the only one i know is france force five, which comes from france, of course. russia? germany? brazil? south korea? south africa? indonesia? laos? polynesia?

Tokusatsu? Not much exists in the form we're accustomed to here, but there are plenty of subs out there for other Asian shows.
