Fans of the UK UNITE!!!!

Yeaheh I meant Summer of Sonic XD you should go to the next one it was amazing, Yuji naka and Iizuka are right legends, I got my copy of SA2:B signed by them and my god it's a beautiful sight.

And lol I sat next to Nigel Dobbyn for the majority of the con since I was manning the booth next to him, I sadly did not say a word, he was a busy fellow!

I know he goes to the thoughtbubble con, if he goes this year I will see if I can get a sketch and I might try and sneak in 'strange, I live in the same town as you and this is the most ive ever spoken to you'

but that might be a lil bit wierd ... then again me and my friend tried to give JRJR chocolate buttons last year XD

Wow, strange how we get three Sonic fans miraculously come together like this. :D

I remember that strip, ReD. ^_^ The little green dude, wasn't it? "The Leaf" or something. He had a plant-themed costume that let him fly by spinning his twin, er, leaves. I always liked the light-hearted nature of the Tails strips (especially Lew Stringer's)... but I think Knuckles' adventures on the Floating Island were the best, what with Dr. Zachary and all. And the Mystic Cave Pirates! I loved all the little visual gags in those. And Plunder cracked me up.

DSP, I'll try to get to the next SOS. SA2 is pretty much my favourite Sonic game... Adventure 1 follows closely behind. I loved (yes, LOVED) the old Master System Sonics, 'Chaos' and suchlike. Even better than the Megadrive ones, I think. (Them's fightin' words!). I don't think Naka and the team had much to do with them... but who can tell? Most 8-bit games at the time, people signed with nicknames.

Well at some point I think all of sonic team were involved in most of Sonic's outings, Naka only left sega in 2006 and yeah tis funny XD did not expect people on a toku forum to know about STC, it's quite a nice revelation don't ya think? XD Also yessssssssssss dude, Knuckles' adventures were amazing, so was Zachery I actually got an original page of Dobbyn of Zachery when he fell off the floating island, it's a beautiful page :'D

@Red When is thoughtbubble, I know a friend who goes to that every year but oddly he's told me very little about it, what goes down at thoughtbubble?

*screams* the post I went to say earliar didnt go through >.< argh! it was about thoughtbubble (prob because I was busy and closed the tab before pressing send)

anyway AniBlack you hit the nail on the head with the little green guy XD I was speaking to him on DA about it then he uploaded some of it :), and ive been told by a friend that he is a lecturer at Teeside university.

Also id say visit the thoughtbubble website, the tickets are fairly cheap, and its a load of fun, theres hundreds of cosplayers (mostly anime), I think this year I might strap my Dino Minder or Dino Max Brace on since last year there was some users from this forum there and I didnt even know untill afterwards, if im wearing something toku related im sure that might spark the 'huh!? power ranger? or super sentai question' :anime: sorta reminds me of me recently chasing a username Bakurenoh on PSHome! XD

anyway heres the site

edit: the baiscis of what goes down, genereally its like a massive hall, with sellers of independent and world famous comics and you have your comic artists/writers etc as well, its really full, and the good thing is you know everyone there is like you mostly for having a passion for comics/anime etc, you can littreally strike a convo with anyone and everyone, the cosplayers are really friendly, I hi 5ed a captain america cosplay last year for no apparent reason other than he was the only cap amereica I saw, *and wow there was some hot looking female cosplayers too!, harley quin both TAS and Arkham Asylum being 2 good ones* theres also like a cosplay award thing and I think anime showing (I skipped that last year, but since I have a 2 day pass and hotel this year im checking out everything I can)

As for seeing the artists/writers be prepared to be queing for a long time but when you see them its worth it. its easy to strike up conversation with them as the day goes on the queues get worse, we spent an hour talking to duncan fegredo who may I say is a very cool guy and the highlight of the con was actully speaking to him, I had no intention of getting his autograph but I want to this year ... he showed us stuff he was working on on his ipad too. and if you go let me know and I will meet up with ya :D

It's in novemberr, hummm I might think about it XD see if I'm not poor after Expo Xd though for £20 on tickets for two days, that's pretty good, though I'd have to see if I can afford trains and a hotel XD though if anything I might try just to come for a day.

And ohhhh yes Ani, let the fire burn MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA, I Really do cherish it though XD the worst part of getting it though was that I had no case with me when I bought it (it was an impulse buy) so I had to carry it through rain and the underground, oh god it was terrifying D:

DUDES, I think I have the best luck when it comes to rider merchandise in London,SERIOUSLY. I was atthe hyper Japan event today and found some figuarts! I bought tajadoru and faiz blaster form :D
