Ed Norton is Bruce Banner

Ed Norton will play Bruce Banner in The Incredible Hulk which is sort of a redo of the Hulk franchise. This is pretty unexpected in terms of casting, but Ed Norton has such range. This is going to be an interesting flick to say the least. It's one of Marvel Studios produced features so we'll see if Marvel has what it takes to make movies.

Crap.... The Hulk needs a more cerebrial director if it's to become the powerful and respected franchise I think it can be.

I can't say I was impressed by the flash over substance that I saw in The Transporter.

Stupd Frakking Normies. Ang Lee's hulk was amazing and is all there needed to be. Eric Bana was awsome As Bruce Banner. There should be NO remake just move on Marvel. It's only 7 years into the movie marvel-verse...little soon for a retcon....especially when they finally start crossing over and that just make the Normies even more confused.

Did you watch Unleashed? If not, go back and watch that and come back to me. Louis can do the hulk just fine.

This is a GREAT casting.

Angst Lee's version of the Hulk is pretty much unwatchable because he overthought the material. The Hulk doesn't need to be an inner struggle for peace and mental. It just needs to be HULK SMASH SH*T.

I'm not really an Incredible Hulk or comic book fan in general, but I am a filmmaking fan so I will say that Ang Lee's Hulk was really a terrible terrible movie. Unleashed was very well done for what it was and the first Transporter succeeded in that same regard... I don't see how Leterrier can do anything but improve on the already embarrassing franchise. His Hulk will probably be a lot darker and hopefully less stupid.

Exactly. At least Unleashed had somewhat of a heartfelt story and some drama...and not two hours of a small asian man pretending to be a seven foot tall green monster.

Note to all action directors from now on: Fights done in paintings revealed in flashes of lightning are ok only if you're doing the back story to an Indiana Jones or the Mummy style movie. Not as the final fight in the film.
