dx engine toriptor question

i have a question about engine toriptor's rotator blades,

why didnt bandai put a motorized rotator blades on the toriptor?
because whenever the show verison toriptor pops up on show and using the toy verison at same time, it will be kind of hard to keep them spinning manually with your hands or are the blades used for a special attack?

^ yeah and it wouldn't be right for just one toy to have a great function like that and the others don't. It's like saying speedors engine should shake also.

for some reason, im watching toriptor on show, i have my toriptor engine soul inside the toy, and i cant get it to say the phrases in order from when the show toriptor says "toripter". Is their a way to skip phrases or make them go in order?
