I used DVD shrink, the copying went fine and then while it was burning this message popped up

the DVD just stopped burning and says: Burning Process stopped with an error: A write error occured [Bad request (Logical Block address out of range)]

and completley fucked up the entire burn.

Can anything with computers ever be fucking easy?.
Man....concider yourself LUCKY!! I had a major headache for just about two freakin WEEKS trying to figure out how to burn KR Blade onto dvd from my computer.

Until I found a couple of programs...and now I can burn stuff no problem. But I was seriously thinking of drop-kicking my pc out the window for those two weeks.

Don't tell me you believe those Mac commercials... :P

I used to use a Mac for over a year until the hard drive crashed.

Ever since I built my new PC, I've had problems. The current version of Windows I'm using is the second one I've tried. For the past week, my computer has completely locked up once a day, to the point where forcing a power down was my only option, and one day it even happened twice in ten minutes. And what was I running during those two crashes, you might ask? I was only running Trillian (my IM app) and Windows Media Player, which was playing a roughly 30 MB encode of a PRiS episode. Not to mention the fact that apparently it has issues with Battlefield 1942 despite my specs(AMD Athlon 64 3300+, 1 GB of RAM, 128 MB GeForce card, etc).

I'll probably be ordering a new hard drive sometime this week so I can fix up my iBook.....

Damn. I've had a Compaq and the only time it frequently crashed was when I was trying to run Windows XP with only 128MB of RAM. I got it fixed, and it still crashes, but I'm usually running 60 billion programs when it happens.

Yeah, I dumped around $1,000 into building this system myself. It's running some nice specs(Athlon 64 3300+, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive, 128 MB GeForce, Dual Layer DVD burner, etc.), running on XP Pro, with enough security software to keep me in the loop whenever just about anything happens, and with more air conditioning than my house :anime: (two fans built into the case[one with adjustable speed], an adjustable speed fan on the heatsink, and an additional fan in one of the PCI slots). And yet, Windows still has issues. It really bites sometimes....

I'm just about ready to drop kick my burner.

I think I'm just going to give in and buy the DVD9's and burn the ****. I could have already burned all the **** I needed to by now. Damn fucking ****.

Still having problems?

I guess you try could burning fewer episodes to each disc, if that's possible.

Depends how the HKers wrote the eps. I've seen VOBs on some discs where a whole vob had the contents of what I would've made into 2 and a half vobs. Although that wasn't an HK disc, it was something else.

Yep.

The problem I had was shrinking the DVD's for them to fit on normal DVD-R's. So to avoid all the homosexuality and bullshit I decided to buy the expensive DVD9's and everything is working now.

I've got so many orders to do but ur's comes first.

I'm now considering creating a website for my Toku $hop. Now if only I knew a thread of **** about making a website.
