Dubbing Project...Is it possible?

I have an upcoming deadline for a Final Project for my Mandarin Class. I want to dub the cartoon part of “Den-O vs Shin-Oâ€. I had sights for dubbing even the intro, but I’ve decided to scale my goals down.

I have never dubbed before in my life. I want to know what is required for this 13 minute clip to be a successful dub.

What I feel should be in the completed project
> A 4-second screen that shows my name, class, teacher, and the date
Chinese (Mandarin) dub of the raw version that doesn’t have obvious tell-tale signs of poor dubbing skills like background noise, static, etc.
>All the sound effects and background music to be there (the only thing gone are the lines each character speaks: Shin-chan, his mom, Momotaros, Ryoutaru, Hana, Naomi, Owner, the Imagin- 8 characters, 4 of which I can do with my regular, male voice. The women’s voices need to be altered, and I’m not sure what to do with Shin-chan’s voice. Hopefully, there is a program that allows me to raise the pitch of their voices.

Please give me some suggestions and guidance. Can I complete this in 5 days?
