Dragonball Kai - Talk UP!

 All I have to say to that... Prepare to have your jaw drop.[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Ball-Coolers-Revenge-Steelbook/dp/B001F2U6YM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1301289461&sr=8-2"]Amazon.com: Dragon Ball Z: Coolers Revenge / The Return of Cooler (Double Feature) (Steelbook): Movies & TV[/ame]

Cooler's Revenge is something I haven't really cared to buy on DVD, since I've always had a copy of it on my external drive. But when I saw a $6 copy of the 2002 release at Suncoast the other day, I had to

That is the weirdest **** I've ever seen in my life. Sure, I got both movies separate, so the only reason I would get that is for collecting purposes...but how in the hell does Funi let it get to that  I've seen other two-packs go for as cheap as ten bucks (since that's supposed to be the newer, "not OOP", ones).

And, yeah, Cooler's Revenge can get really cheap. I got one that also has the Spanish dub, as well as english subs for it (I have no idea how this happened ), and they aren't even dubtitles, cause they were different from both the Japanese and English dubs. Weird huh :P

^^Certainly not for a new copy of the Cooler one.

Something must be wrong for them to have discontinued it already. It makes no sense.

You would say that! They're OOP. Sure, maybe you'd find one in a Best Buy in East Bumblefuck that no one buys Anime at. But for the most part they're very rare nowadays.

If you know anything about eBay then you'd know that they wouldn't sell for any more than they'd have to. They ONLY ever sell for what they're worth. Below is a link to a used, "like new" copy going with 10 bids for over 35 bucks. Pretty rare, wouldn't you say?

OK. They aren't very rare here. How much would you be willing to pay for one? Someone who lives near a Best Buy with them might be able to get one for you.

I'm looking to make a point... not buy the DVD set that I have copies of on my external drive.

You're wrong. Go to Best Buy, find me a copy, take a picture, and post it. The facts are against your statement. The blu-ray is perhaps easy to find, but Amazon, eBay, and Best Buy themselves all point to not having any normally-priced copies of the DVD set on hand! You'd obviously argue with a wall if you had the chance.
