Does Diend really has all the heisei kamen rider cards?? i dun think so..

Considering from the preview for this weeks episode that Ouja is the original voice, I'd assume that he is summoned by Narutaki.

If he has them how does he controll them is my question ?! From hibikis episode (minor spoiler) He seemed to have no control over Momo, momo seemed to be just being him self & spazing out after being "taken" or whatever from where every he was LOL "I'll just fight everyone!"

Occham's Razor. Most likely he can summon any rider, regardless of their status in each world, AU or not. They're only drones anyway.

I Thought of the exact same reasons too. You see unlike Decade who can "Henshin" into all of the "main" riders in the nine worlds, DiEnd can summon any particular Riders that are just drones of all of the other riders that are either alive, deceased, or non-existing. The status of the Riders' multiverse doesn't make a difference.

Eh... Narutaki's Riders clearly had personality, the Hoppers even disobeyed him, going after Kuuga rather than Decade and Kick Hopper was clearly angry when Kuuga attacked Punch Hopper. Kaixa even talked about stealing Decade's belt.

Anyway, Diend has many cards, but not every single one, otherwise he wouldn't have needed a real Den-O to use a Final formride Denliner.

Yes, there were some revelations after I made that post, so it's not really accurate. Anyway, I still think Narutaki's summons show more autonomy. Just look at the Momotaros example you've just said. He got angry because Diend interrupted him... but, even so, didn't even attempt to attack Diend, only everyone else there (including Decade).

The Kabuto and Hibiki Worlds showed that the summons have some personality, but they're clearly restricted somehow and disappear after taking some damage.
