I figured some people might enjoy this and it might teach some people how to go about starting a relationship since the 'girl troubles' topic is painful to read.

A geek helps a woman on a train, she sends him an expensive present and from there on 2channelers make a lot of war jokes. It's the original posts and how 'train man' asks the 2ch forum (best way to describe it) since he is rather naive to the whole concept of women.

Some of it is comical, some of it is romantic but it's also full to the brim of good advice for people who don't know how to handle these situations. So read, enjoy and cry manly tears when post 1000 hits.

Densha Otoko is one of the best tv shows that I have seen in the past several years. Fantastic stuff. Once it draws you in it doesn't let go until the final moments of the series, and even then there are a couple specials, two movies, and an alternat ending to the series.

It's specially fun for internet nerds who post on message boards all the time... *hint hint*

It was one of the first J-Drama I saw, it's pretty good, but I'm not a fan of the way Itoh played Yamada. I rewatch the series every now and then, it's great nostalgia, even thought it isn't that old.

I've got one of the manga series and the book, which is good for practicing my reading.

I remember seeing this in previews as a translated comic & I almost ordered it because it sounded really interesting! I've been reading through the above link since I clicked there and am on page 3 now but am too tired to continue... Time for sleep
