This is a concept art of my Kamen Rider Decade/Dr. Who idea where the Tardis now houses Tsukasa's motorcycle and the Hikari Studio's backdrop.

This picture is set in the beginning of the Doctor's adventures as Decade, after Tsukasa is captured by Dai-Shocker, and the first world the backdrop directs the Tardis to is the world of OOO...
