They have a packing show every Monday Night/Tuesday Afternoon and Thursday Night/Friday Afternoon from Matsuyama. It starts around 8pm Pacific time so for you, in Central, it would be 10pm. They also have a a show called "Alternatives" which airs Wednesday Nights/Thursday Afternoons from Okaido which airs, IIRC, at 1pmJST/9pmPDT. Meaning at 11pm your time.
