I'm actually going to go past that criteria and say AkaRanger to AkaRed, because I think that would be the neatest.

Liveman to TurboRanger
Red Falcon is standing over the grave of his friends, looking down sadly. Suddenly, a hand lands on his shoulder and Red Falcon looks up to see Red Turbo standing there.

Red Turbo nods at him once and then turns to walk towards the camera, Red Falcon lifting his head slightly to watch his successor head into the future.

Jetman to ZyuRanger

Red Hawk tosses a garter belt over his shoulder, which is caught by Tyrano Ranger, who does a little victory dance. Red Hawk shoots him a thumbs up before Tyrano Ranger turns and jumps up, the image freezing with him still in mid-air.

CarRanger to MegaRanger

Red Racer is riding around in his little go-kart... and then starts in surprise to see Mega Red on his flying surfboard next to him. Mega Red waves at the confused Red Racer once before the camera pulls back to follow Mega Red flying up into the sky.

Red Hawk tosses a garter belt over his shoulder, which is caught by Tyrano Ranger, who does a little victory dance. Red Hawk shoots him a thumbs up before Tyrano Ranger turns and jumps up, the image freezing with him still in mid-air.

Ha! I can see Ryuu blushing while doing that.

Goranger-J.A.K.Q:

-Akaranger ends his signature pose and turns behind to see his successor walking towards him. The camera turns to Spade Ace as they share a handshake and then they both share the camera back-to-back doing the poses.

Dairanger-Kakuranger:

-Ryuuranger finishes his daily training and then a puff of smoke clears up and he sees Ninja Red giving him a thumbs up. Ryo nods his head as the camera comes close to his head and then zooms out on Sasuke as he unsheaths his ninja sword ready to make a slice and cuts the scene in half showing a red kanji at the end.

GoGo-V-Timeranger:

-Go Red twirls his gun towards his holster, looks at front to see Time Red walking towards him. Go Red Salutes, and Time Red Salutes back and end with his pose indicating that it time for Timeranger.

Gaoranger-Hurricaneger:

-The Camera zooms in on Gao Red as he jumps off the cliff and see Hurricane Red to his left. Hurricane Red Salutes with two fingers and jumps to the cliff where Gao Red jumped off from and the camera zooms in on Hurricane Red as his does his smokescreen vanishing trick.

Hurricaneger-Abaranger:

-Hurricane Red is running through the forest as he feels the earth shaking only to find out that it's Bakuryuu Tryanno making his entrance as Aba Red jumps off of his partner's head only to give Hurricane Red a handshake. Camera zooms in closely to them seeing each other face-to-face and then zooms in on the handshake.

Abaranger-Dekaranger:

-Aba Red is about to do his signature pose until he hears a police siren going off. He sees a police parking in front of him as Deka Red walks out of the car. Aba Red walks to him and scratches his head as Deka Red just place his hand on Aba Red's right shoulder indicating that he's not gonna arrest him but to salute. Both turn to the camera and do the double-"Roger!" pose.

Great idea. Rider 1 does his henshin pose, facing Rider 2, who does his own henshin pose to V3, and so on, and so forth, up to Shotaro Hidari (and Phillip).

all the riders from ichigo to kiva stand in the mist, they turn seeing a figure walking towards them... the mist slowly clears and in walks decade towards them in slo-mo

there is silence

all the riders are in the ground laughing their asses off yelling: "holyf*** he's PINK!!"
