Could Goseiger be adapted?

Something I've been wondering is could Goseiger be adapted into Power Rangers if Disney decides to do a new season in 2011? I know it depends on how Remastered MMPR does, But I thought I'd ask anyways. That could be Disney's plan, Remaster and air MMPR in 2010, And adapt Goseiger in 2011.

If anyone is willing to.

Except there are over 150 episodes of MMPR and they're not even airing one new episode every single week.

but shinken is tooo japanese =P jkin, well actually its only too japanese if disney doesn't feel like explaining kanji. But I guess Goseijer could be adapted.

Come to think of it, Goseiger's helmets look alot like the Mighty Morphin'/ Zyuranger helmets so Goseiger could be written as a direct sequel to the original.

It's utter bullshit that such an awesome series like Shinkenger can't be adapted into a new Power Rangers series because when you look past the kanji on the hlemets which can be very easily explained ( Remember Xiaolin Showdown on the WB?) ,the series has enough merit to be a highly decent Power Rangers series with the current Japanese craze going on in the Western World and with the mecha design. Heck, the combined mecha forms of Shinkenoh and Goseigreat look so similar that the Goseiger mecha could easily be the Thunder Megazord like upgrade of the Shinkenoh.

I think and hope that they only air Season one of MMPR and just release the rest onto dvd or syndicate it on XD so Goseiger can atleast come here.

Any Sentai can be adapted (don't try that "Shinkenger is too Japanese" arguement).

Anything can be adapted yes. I could go adapt GARO and make it a children's book if I REALLY wanted to. (well besides legal obligations.)

A GOOD adaption on the other hand, That depends on if writers are willing to put forth the effort, and executive meddling doesn't happen too much. This is where I think Shinkenger would actually work, where as Goseiger might actually go into "This going to be really tricky to adapt" levels.

Hypothetical time: The really single biggest issue in Shinkenger is the Kanji on the helmets. Had we gotten a Shinkenger adapation, I'd just go ahead and call it Kanji. Just refer to the japanese writing system and say "this is the kanji for fire." And etc. (or go ahead and call them magical symbols, but do reference the writing system at some point during the series.) Perhaps throw in a segment at the end of each episode (yes cutting short episode length slightly.) for a short segment teaching kids how to stroke out the proper
order. Get the kids more involved with the show while actually teaching something at the same time.

Goseiger might be a completely different beast to tackle though. Sure the helmets and suits arn't so "japanese" as shinkenger's. But then we have the issue of the Cards for next year. There is always the chance that the show prop cards might be in japanese. And with an adaption, it's a big deal. It's not something minor like a single kanji character. (Yes I can't believe I just typed that either.) You got a whole card deck that will mostly likely have some sort of close ups and have much to do with the footage at hand. Remember that Power Rangers adaptions were about doing things on the cheap. Yes they can film there own footage, but for such a major mechanic of the footage to be thrown out of the useable pile really wouldn't be any good. Yes it can still be done, but it would of been a much harder to beast to tackle. That is, if the cards are in japanese. If they are mostly in english like Decade's, then it's just a point of "Why? We won't get the arcade game."

Why are people so concerned about the Kanji on the helmets? Gold Ranger, anyone? Everyone would think they're just some cool shapes.
