Coolest Company Contest

The company I work for just started this kickass contest they are dubbing the "Video Game Olympics" Basically we are gonna get paid to play video games, and the winner gets a Wii with all the accessories that are out with it now. This has gotta be the single coolest thing they have ever done.

This raised the question of What was the coolest thing a company you worked for did for their employees, contest or otherwise.

Hmmm...let's see.
I got a Wii & a DS for joining the company. Smash Bros Brawl was given to me a week before release. I've been sent, not only all around the US, but all to Mexico City on all expense paid business trips.

When I worked at the video store we got to see movies a week before they were released. Same at the movie theater. Also, we got free posters and swag that was given to the theater by the film companies. I still have my Fight Club band aids and bar of soap!!!!

Also, we got to take home the standees if we wanted to. I remember when Battlefield Earth came out. We had a standee of John Travolta which was just his head, and was seriously like 8 feet tall. one of my coworkers hid him behind the theater, and when our shift was over, he set it up in the parking lot and crashed his car into it over and over again.

^^same goes for me on this -- worked at BlockBuster and Regal Cinemas.

The best though, was Tony's on Main Street in St. Louis, it was a fine dining place where i was a cook, and i got all the beer and food I wanted at no cost, so that was pretty awesome.

well, i dont work for em but i saw this banner saying the one to eat the sushis at their store outside and make it look sooo delicious that people come in wins free sushi for 5 months, didnt win it but free shushis for lunch is enuff
