Haha. I never beat any of the previous games of this series. I was really young then, but I can remember going from place to place trying to find clues which lead to another again and again which felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. :laugh: Aside from that, cinematics and motion capture were certainly ahead of it's time. I'd play this if they came out with one for 360 or PS3. ^^

Ah, dude, if you can? You owe it to yourself to finish it. I was young when I played it too (age 7 or 8 for Shenmue, about age 11 for Shenmue 2). I couldn't finish the first Shenmue since Chai scared the hell out of me, but when I was around 10, I decided to suck it up and finish it. Then I bought Shenmue II about a year and a half later.

I couldn't finish it four about four years, since I had to gather a shitload of money (Fuckin' capsule toys!) to fight some people. And I was also a lazy bastard. But, early one night in summer of 2007, I decided to finish this fight. Eventually I got the cash, kicked some ass, and finished the game in one night. It was so rewarding.
