Cho Sei Shin Series

Let's put it this way...they're more of the "lone wolf" group.

I dunno about saying the entire group. More like one "lone wolf." :anime:

EDIT: as an afterthought, the members of that group are quite *distinct*

Just wathced Gransazer episode 16 and I was plesantly surprised to see Cybercop Saturn! First Uesugi (Karin), Takeda/Jupiter (Okita), and now Mouri/Saturn (Officer Samura). I wonder if any more Cybercop (or even Guyferd) actors make appearances?

Anyway, I noticed that some of the non-wire fights seem somewhat comparable to past Toho shows. Some good some bad. A couple of the fights between Lucia and a couple of the water tribe reminded me of the earlier fights in Guyferd. A lot of "careful" motions. I suppose it's the costume getting in the way...

I'm on episode 10. I like how things are heating up. Contrary to what people say, GS is solid on fight scenes. (And yes, they are better than Garo's no matter what anyone says. :anime:) It was kind of weird how Akira had no qualms about shooting Karin. I guess once he saw how she really looked he said, "Oh **** that!"

Not really. Hell he did have qualms. He loved her. But he knew that she would kill Tarious as she had planned, so he put the planet's safety and the cohesiveness of the Gransazers over his love for her - saving Tenma but killing his love. Incidentally, that was one ep I was like Shiet...such a mature theme in what is typical children's programming. I was hooked by that ep.
