I know this is pretty much a necro post by the sixth degree but do anyone here with a 360 pick up this game?
It's pretty good and it's a great game to play with five other people online. It's come out with some new DLC stages, characters, and music to increase the lifespan of the game. So if you're looking for a monster slaying romp that isn't quiet Monster Hunter and along this lines of a classic action-adventure game then you should pick this one up.

They probably won't. It's an online multiplayer title. They expect anyone who will play it will be online in the first place.

Honestly, if you're THAT worried about downloading an XBLA title, you could always download the trial version free.
This game plays with Monster Hunter mentality, i.e. playing stages over and over again to get those rare item drops. With that said, it depends on what you find fun, if you're the type of person who is looking to beat the stages once and say you beat the game, then this isn't for you.
If you are the type who loves collecting items and building your strength up so you can bulldoze through the hardest stages with the fastest time and score (as performance is tallied at the end of the stage) and solo, then this is for you.
So, in short, ask yourself this: How do you feel about grinding gameplay style?

Then play it on a PS3 if you have one of those, if you don't you even mentioning the stuff about xbox seems very out of place and not really relevant. I mean why would you ask for it on disc? you are very confusing.:sly:

Oh okay I had no idea it was available on PS3, cool. This makes a big difference for me, because most PS3 games don't have a monthly fee which I like alot :thumbs: . The link the OP provided only mentioned the XBLA version so I guess I assumed it was an exclusive.
To answer your other question about why I ask if they will be putting it on a disc, when Casvan SOTN was launched for the 360 initially it was only offered as a down-loadable purchase, but after a few months went by they made a physical retail copy of the game. Thought they might do the same thing for this at first, but if I had to put my money on it I bet they won't cause SOTN was a 640MB game, and this new one is much smaller (200-something MB) So they probably couldn't justify putting it on a Disc since it would download so fast anyways and it has online multiplayer features as well. No offense to anyone who is a fan of digital downloaded games. It's just i've personally been burned time and time again by them and I don't have the extra cash to buy the same game 4 times or more plus just to play it a few years down the line.
