Cartoon Network in Trouble

In what is sure to go down in entertainment history as a "What seemed like a good idea at the time" Cartoon network is in huge trouble. Several weeks ago flashing lit signs of Err from Aqua Teen Hunger Force were placed around 6 major US cities. On tuesday reports started flooding in too police in Boston about one of these signs under paranoia of some sort of terrorist plot. Police responded and the marketing Agents hired to place them were arrested. Turner broadcasting quickly contacted the authorities in boston and the remaining 5 cities to divulge thier location and apologize. Bostons mayor then went ballistic in printed and broadcast media about how irresponsible it was and how Turner was "Going to pay" just a moment ago while in class a friend sent me a text saying Turner just held a press confrence announcing the dissolvment of CN. I'm gonna go do a bit more research now but I wanted to get this posted up quick.

I hate how CN treated Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi before CN cancelled the show. The show deserved better showings by the network.

I doubt Turner Broadcasting would pull a network, that's been on the air for over 15 years, off the airwaves over a stunt like this. Maybe hire a few people but not dissolve a entire broadcasting network.

And what fucking hardships? ITS A FUCKING LITE BRIGHT.

yeah, but in this post 9/11 world we live in, it could be a cleverly consealed terrorist bomb. Remmber, terrorist can make a bomb out of at least dirt, a D-Cell, and someone's flachulence as explosive. Ever heard of a Dirty Bomb?

And Japan had a freakin nuclear bomb dropped on their heads. Two times I might add.

I guess the "hardships" they're talking about is the traffic jams and shutting down all those streets. The traffic jams could have easily made it near impossible for people to get to where they needed to go, be it work, home or heck, the hospital. This definitely caused problems.

All things considered though, I doubt CN will shut down.
