Can ya part w/ a few belts

Well, there are a lot of costs to cover when you ship something overseas. Things like import fees, export fees, customs fees, fuel for the plane, wages for the workers, are ALL covered when you buy something online. That's why items purchase online (especially if they come from overseas) are so expensive. If they could make them and sell them locally, you'd see much lower prices.

Also, it all boils down to the simple rule of "SUPPLY AND DEMAND". As long as there are people willing to pay $100 for a toy belt or $70 for a wrist brace (and yes, there ARE), then THAT is what they'll keep charging for it. And there's very little, if anything that you can do about it.

Too many stories can be told there. I'll break it down to this simple equation.

Horrible customer service + horrible shipping + shipping time^X (x= however many months they feel like waiting) = a pissed customer.

The standard stereotypical view of TnJ. A few people have a bad experience and BOOM, TnJ is avoided like the plague. I've honestly heard GOOD things about TnJ. It's either luck or you guys iz smoking crack again.

And is it a coincidence that the bad things I've heard from them are from US buyers, and good things are from UK buyers?

I stopped believing in that when my Jpop/Jrock/Jhip Hop CDs and Jmovie DVDs cost relatively close to MSRP. I've been buying too many DVDs and CDs for so long to know that its BS when a toy, in which MSRP is like at 30 bucks, costs double or more.

Its a total rape-age in what they're doing >_>

Yeah, they fucked me over and made me wait like...six months for a MagiKing I never even ended up getting. I've heard a few good things about them, but the vast majority is that they really, really, really should only be a last resort. Which is why I stick to ebay and HLJ.

Hell yeah. It's part of some diabolical plot by the postal services to make more money off foreign shoppers. It's genius!

On TnJ...

Let's just put it this way regarding TnJ:

I placed an order in November 2006...I still have not gotten it, and you can see by the date of this post, how long it has been.:eyebrow:

I can hardly get an email status from them, and when I do, it's always, "Oh, it's gonna be mailed out next week." :eyebrow:

... and you live in Hawaii.... wtf.

Aloha Ladymercury,

Yep...just a few Islands away. Sad, huh?

Cr*ppy thing about it the fact that part of my order was for my nephew's bday last month...:disappoin What is ALSO friggin' sh*tty is the fact that apparently NO ONE updates their site. I ordered stuff they claimed to have "In Stock"...pffftttt, yeah right...:eyebrow:

You should honestly get a refund with how much things are from that shop >_>

Oy Ladymercury,

Yeah, one of my friends who also got reamed by them suggested the same. However, I just really need the items I ordered to compliment my Kabuto Coolection.

Weird...when I was phsyically in the store, they were great, very helpful. I don't know why this does not transfer over to their mail orders...:sly:

God bless;)
