I just finished rewatching Horimiya, and wow, the character development really stands out! The way it dives deep into the lives of both Hori and Miyamura, showing their vulnerabilities and growth, is just something else. It feels so authentic and relatable.
I particularly love how the supporting cast isn’t just background noise but has their own arcs that tie into the main story beautifully. Each character feels fleshed out, which is a rarity in many high school romances.
What do you all think? Which character’s development resonated with you the most? And how does this compare to other rom-coms you've watched? I’m curious if there are other series that handle character progression as well as Horimiya!
