Can FF games help reduce stress?

I personally found no stress busters in the game. It's more of mind gaming in the FF. So I won't classify the game as stress buster. I'd say angry birds and the other mobile based games are stress relievers. There are few other games too which are easy and less stressed. Most of the adventure and survival games have their stress of it's own.

Aah, you mentioned angry birds. I really love playing that game, the sound of the birds and the pigs is what intrigues me most in the game. Also the face pigs make when they are crashed is very funny, I can never forget that.

Of course, why not right?. This game actually helps you in many ways as well, like when you feel lonely or heartbroken, I think it's actually a good idea to play games you like or you love, for you to forgot everything for just a mean time.

Any game can relieves stress, as long as you get into the story. Also, for sure this one is really good at it, because it always keep me active and busy, so there's no time to feel stressed about anything else. Usually I always say I'm going to play for a little bit, and I stay there for hours hahaha.

Stress is in various types and FF games are the best mode of reducing stress especially when stress just begins or has begun a while ago. No matter what the type of stress it could be, be it emotional stress, mental stress, psychological stress or any other kind of stress, FF series will help anyone reduce stress generally.

For me, yes it is. Not just Final Fantasy, also those games that you like and those you enjoy, it helps us to reduce our stress. Like me, everytime after work, I always play Final Fantasy when I got home. Just to reduce my stress from work.

Yes. I remember in my college years I have undergone a bit of a depression. In some weird way I got introduced to the game FFIX. I got hooked instantly. I have to say that the game is a goo stress reliever and it also helped me to get out of that dark stage of my life that really tested me in order to move on.

Do you think a stressed person can relieve his stress by simply playing any of the Final Fantasy game?

In my opinion, it could help somehow but it depends on person on what kind of video games he likes. For instance, they're people who wanted simpler games and there are also wanted challenging games. Playing video games really help to lessen the stress. It helps you to enjoy for a moment and be entertained and forget the things that happened in your day. People have different ways on how to reduce their stress it could be by playing games or other things. Playing Final Fantasy is highly recommended to help people to get away from stress. You wouldn't get bored while you're playing at it, so you won't feel stress at all.

Sometimes yes sometimes no.It depends.There is a time when playing FF games makes me stress especially when playing for a long period of time.It just makes my head blow. but most of my relax time I play FF instead.
