Burning My Downloads to a dvd???

how do I make a Vcd?

I'd reccomend using Nero!!

Unfortunately I had a Demo version, and it expired!! I did use another VCD Burning system, but when I burned 3 episodes of MagiRanger, the picture quality was shite!!

I got my DVD Burner for about $130 and it came with Nero.

I have nero opened but I dont get how to use HELP!

Nero is really annoying for me. It doesn't matter how I write a DVD with my DVD-RW, the damned thing will NEVER work.

That's what I use. Both for encoding of the video and also for DVD Authoring. Pretty much all I use NERO for is if someone already made the DVD menus and such, so I can just burn directly onto DVD (like when I downloaded Clone Wars).
Tmpegenc is fairly easy and straightforward to use, and while the DVD Menus you can do are not flashy, they get the job done just fine.
