Buffy to be remade...without Joss Whedon

Hm I sort of forget what happened with him I'lll have to go back & reread... I kind of liked having him around in ghost form its not like they could really do anything else with him since he died... Who knows thought they may bring him back to life at some point or another

I thought the Angel comic was kind of a mess. The artwork was pretty reprehensible-- there were entire swaths where I had to rely on dialogue just to figure out who was who, and since the dialogue wasn't exactly top-notch, that didn't always work. Plus, at least for the first "season" story arc, they built up to a big climax... then threw in two entire issues of "First Night" flashbacks that completely killed any momentum the story built up.

The new Buffy movie is going to be so much worse, though.

I'm sick of this Hollywood trend to remake every single thing that used to be popular.

Even when they're good (Star Trek, Batman), the lack of originality is galling.
