06/03/2005 - In a promotional message sent out to WWE Mailing List subscribers, WWE confirmed an interbrand main-event for the 7/11 WWE RAW telecast. The event, which takes place at New Jersey's Continental Airlines Arena, will see Batista and John Cena take on Triple H and John Bradshaw Layfield.
I don't scoff at his finisher being a full-nelson too much. It doesn't look like much in the context of sports entertainment but unlike 90% of the wrestling moves it's actually an effective hold in real life. Simple and effective if you have the strength to back it up and you keep your center of gravity low.
It's an effective hold, but not much else. It's a horrible finisher. It can't pass you out, can't do any real damage except make you uncomfortable, and doesn't aid in getting a pin. He needs to find a way to turn it into a "Masterslam" or something, like a full-nelson suplex pin.
