Has everone forgotten the greatness that is Riderman? Plus I'd like to call everyone's attention to the
Tokusatsu Commandments in the case of Ichigo and Nigo which clearly states...

KAMEN RIDER
Double Riders - Again, I refer you to the Toku Commandments. Seriously, watch the first 13 episodes of Kamen Rider to see the awesomness of Rider 1 and then check out the homestretch of the series to behold the awesomeness that is Rider 2.
Kamen Rider V3 - Need I say more?
Riderman - Interchangeable hands and a slick suit? Come on now, he has to make it on here.
Kamen Rider X - The guy beat people up with a literal Swiss Army Knife/Stick/Rope/etc and looks badass in the process. Either way, it's Igadevil's fault that he's even on this list because I'm currently watch the series via Toku Sanctuary. Not that I'm regretting it it's an awesome series but still..damn you >_<
Kamen Rider Amazon - He made monsters bleed shaving cream, tried to defeat a rock giant by biting him...yeah he rocks in my book and the suit reflects that.
Kamen Rider Stronger - What isn't there to like about him. Kabuto owes him big time ^_^
Skyrider (Old) - As cool as the new version is, I still prefer the original color scheme.
Kamen Rider Black - Again, nuff said.
Kamen Rider Kuuga Rising Mighty and Ultimate Forms - I loved Kuuga (I was still fairly young when I first saw i so there was already the squee factor of it coming back in my lifetime) but those two forms especially.
Kamen Rider Gills (Agito) - The new Amazon, only his mouth actually opens and he gets a power up...wait what am I saying, Amazon gets those too in SPIRITS...
Kamen Rider G4 (Agito) - Though his time was short lived, his suit was badass and he had a finishing move involving a handheld rocket launcher, how cool is that?
Alternative Zero (Ryuki) - One o the best designs of that series IMO
Kamen Rider Faiz and Faiz Accel - I remember how hyped people were when they first saw this suit, especially when Accel was first announced.
Kamen Rider Delta (Faiz) - I think what did it is when Dragon got his hands on it. Just the way it moved during fights was enough to make this suit one of my favorites of that whole series.
Takoyaki Special Turbo (Blade) - Dude, the guy took on a monster using nothing but a Takoyaki pan, he earned his way onto my list.
METAL HERO
Uchuu Keiji Gavan - Kenji Oba. Taking large groups of enemies down on his own. The suit just added to the kickassery.
Uchuu Keiji Shaider - Yes I know I skipped Sharivan, I haven't seen that many episodes apart from the ones scattered all over the place on my old hard drive to really see it in action. Still, Shaider flatout rocks.
SENTAI
Himitsu Sentai Goranger - I call Toku Commandment on this one.

JAKQ Dengeki Tai - How can you
not like JAKQ? AND they had Big One on their side.
Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan - Especially Vul Eagle.
Hikari Sentai Maskman - Slickest looking suits, even if they did start the horrid tradition of the Official Dance Routine.
Choshinsei Flashman - Loved them when I was a kid and I still think their designs are three levels of cool.
Kyu Kyu Sentai Go Go V - Part of the 1990's Homestretch of Awesomeness and one of the coolest suit designs. Come on folks, YOU COULD SEE THEIR FACES!! XD
Mirai Sentai Timeranger - The end of the Homestretch of Awesomeness and plus they had Time Fire on their side, gaining them instant entry onto the list. :buttrock:
ULTRAMAN
Ultraseven - One of the cooler looking Ultra Heroes IMO
Ultraman Jack - Just cuz
Ultraman Nexus Junais Blue - Watch the second opening theme. That'll explain my logic.
Ultraman Hikari Armored (Mebius) - Before you go after me saying that's Tsurugi, go watch Hikari Saga 3.
HENSHIN/OTHER HEROES
Silver Mask - Before he went the route of the Ultraman imitation, Silver Mask was pretty badass looking.
Diamond Eye - Obscure choice but come on! He has DIAMONDS for EYES! (..Sorry couldn't resist)
Zabitan (Akumaizer 3)- Ishinomori hero who fights with fencing and rocket launchers on his shoulders, Instant Win.
Kaiketsu Zubat - Again, Toku Commandments;

Hakaider (Mechanical Violator Version) - One of the few good things to come out of that movie depending on which version you watched, Mikhail get honorable mention though.
Mirrorman REFLEX - Dunno if this one actually has an official name persay but come on, he rocked our socks off every episode. Surprised nobody's fansubbed that one yet. On that note, I need to see the final two episodes >_<
GARO Angel Form - Seeing that sucker in action, it had to go onto my list.
New Silver Mask/Silbermaske - Just seeing photos and the trailer make me drool at the very pressence of this awesome new heroine of heroines.
WORST (In no particular order...)
Kamen Rider Black RX - Sorry folks, he just didn't do it for me...
Blade Jack Form - Honestly, there was no point to the wings at all. They should have just played up King Form.
Ultraman Cosmos Corona Form - Actually come to think of it,
anything from Cosmos goes on my bad list...
ALL Magiranger save Wolzard Fire - Take that!
Lion Maru G - Yeah, he did not do a thing for me.

Kabutack too. I wanted to just slug that thing everytime I saw him >_<
