Best Space Sheriff (Gavan-Zaido)

I vote for Space Sheriff Gavan, because

* Kenji Ooba kicks ass!!
* His suit looks really cool. The silver all around him, the flashing eyes, etc..
* I think I've seen more of Gavan that I've seen of Shaider, Sharivan and Zai-DO'h!! Get it? Zai-DO'h!!! :P
* He just sounds really cool shouting his catchphrases "DENSHI SEIJUU DOL!! SCOOOOOPEEEER!! GAVAN DYNAMIC!!!" etc..
* He known in France as "X-OR", which may be much but that also makes him cool. Yes, being big in France under another name makes you cool!!

Sharivan and Shaider are also cool but Gavan's my favorite. Zai-DO'h, however spends more time playing with his Pulis than saving the world.

EDIT: I haven't watched Gavan for ages and Forever Knight put me in the mood. Now, which episode was I on last?

I personally don't think that Zaido should count, since they're really unofficial spin-offs that Toei consented to. And it worked out well since it pandered to the viewing tastes of the masses...which I'd rather not comment on, in case I might insult a fellow Filipino. For the sake of this poll, and Forever Knight, let's just say they do. :P

As for the best Space Sheriff, My vote goes to Shaider. And not just because it's the show me and other Filipinos enjoyed watching as children. Here are some other reasons:

-- Dai Sawamura. Sure the actor is the grandson of the guy responsible for directing the Godzilla movies, but that's besides the point. What we have here is a guy with boyish good looks, but still looks manly. Compare that with today's bishies, some of which can be confused with the ladies (OH SNAP! XD)

-- The Armor. I liked the mix of Blue and Silver. Almost makes you think that the armor does have that hard shine.

-- Vavilos. It's a ship...that turns into either a hella gigantic pistol or a robot, though Dai often chooses the gun.

-- Annie. What? Don't look at me like that. You know you wanted to take a peek under the yellow skirt whenever she started to stomp mudholes on Fuuma Lackeys.

-- Fuuma's flying strollers. What? They did look like strollers. LOL XD

-- The Laser Blade. Sure, it's a standard weapon for all three, but the Way Shaider busted it out just made it look really awesome.

Gavan...He's awesome, but the armor didn't quite grow on me as much as Shaider's did. And Sharivan...need I emphasize it any more that this show HAS to be aired in the Philippines?

Zaidos suck. First of all, Shaider is the best not only because I pay respect to the late Hiroshi Tsurubaya, the grandson of Ultraman creator (not Godzilla) Eiji Tsurubaya, but because of his cool weapons, Annie, Priestess Poe? and a battle cruiser that can attack and transform into a giant mecha.

I wish I was Phillipino.

According to my research, all three Space Sheriffs aired here.

@ Black Ranger RX: Its Filipino. :)

Well I like Gavan the best but I pick Sharivan because I think he deserve the vote too and I kicks ass too..
