Its just a bunch of different episodes of Fort Boyard!
That's only one of a large variety of trials, you might watch multiple episodes without seeing that one (its near impossible too!). Gotta love that camera angle though.

It was an internationnal game show (with versions in many countries) set on an old fort/prison in the middle of the sea in France.

Participants would take part in timed trials in the cells to earn keys to unlock the fort's treasure room. Running out of time would lock you up until the next phase. Once enough key had been assembled (sometimes even needing 'sacrifices') the participants would hunt for clues to the secret password to the vault. Once they had them they would enter the password and if they got it right the vault would open releasing gold coins. At that point they had to carry as much coins out as possible before they got locked in and the TIGERS were released. Oh did I forget to mention the tigers?
The coins would then be weighted and the ammount converted into money. In the Quebec version they played with celebrity guests for a charity.
