Best 1st Episode

IMO, the first episode of Liveman is just about the coolest first episode I've ever seen in a tokusatsu. I love the setup, it's one of the first sentai premieres to take its time and not rush into everything. I love when Yuusuke and the gang first lay eyes on Tsukikage and the gang after they wiped out Academia Island. And then our heroes reveal they have powers, too! The look on the villains' faces is priceless. Have we ever seen villains actually scared that someone is opposing them? It's usually always a speech of fake confidence. And then our heroes go and get their asses kicked, a rarity in a first episode.

While Agito's first episode might not have the punch of the rest of the series, I'll always like it for Agito's first appearance -- being revealed in the dark by the fire of an explosion. And then "Believe Yourself" kicks in.

why Liveman? If anything Turboranger, Megaranger or Timeranger. Timeranger had that feel of thrills the whole way through an action packed. didnt really on "Mirai sentai?" that you normally get, eww. I hate that. Megaranger for the fact bthat it was a game before the ranagers got powers and Turborangers because I cant get enough of the teacher.

You never forget your first love and Kamen Rider Ryuki totally opened up a new world for me. That was pretty cool.

Kamen Rider Blade also started off packing quite a punch.

Other cool firsts... hmmm... I loved Power Rangers Lost Galaxy from episode one, as I would've never though that Power Rangers would attempt something of such vast and epic scale!

Blade's and Black's first episodes were really great. I also loved the first episode of Hurricanger and Timeranger.

B-Fighter Kabuto episode 1- a good way to show the courage of a hero. It's nice to see Kouhei stand up to the monster by himself after his sister gets frozen. Then Kouhei says something that makes the command voicer choose him.

Liveman episode- This was one of the best sentai premier episodes that I've ever seen.

I have to agree with Keith with Episode 1 of Kamen Rider Blade.

But I also like Kamen Rider Black RX's 1 Episode. Especially when he crash landed on the earth and discovered he evolved, and said: "This is not the body of Black!!".

Kamen Rider Black's first episode was a good introduction!!

Kamen Rider Kuuga's first ep was a good one. Creepy with all the grongi coming out of the ground. Then there was the assault on the police building.

I also liked Kamen Rider Stronger's first ep cause it featured Denpa Ningen Tackle.

Gridman had a good first ep, and so did Goranger (Gonin Sorotte!).

I love when RX gets up from the rubble and then does his devil horns to the sky pose. F'n Awesome!.

KR Black RX still has the best pose of all Toku heroes imo.
