Batwoman Is Dead

I speak of the CW series that goes by that name, not any kind of comic book plotline where Batwoman dies and comes back to life. There won’t be any resurrections for THIS one — The CW has officially cancelled the show.
Producer Caroline Dries sent this farewell message to her public this afternoon: “Just got the sad news that Batwoman will not be seeing an S4. I am bummed, but full of gratitude. What an honor to make 51 episodes. So many inspiring, brilliant people contributed to this series. Thank you producers, cast and crew. Thank you, fans! We love you.”
Batwoman started out strong….well, not that strong, but decently full of potential. Then, one season into the run, a wrench was thrown into the works when star Ruby Rose decided to leave the series. To be Honest, This show is terrible and unwatchable but I like to torture myself so I watched it anyway. The problems of this show is it rather preach politics than build a story. Stargirl and Naomi are better shows anyway!

You had me there for just a moment. At first I thought it might be a real-life character, then I said maybe it's part of a plot. Well, good to know it's just CW, lol. I knew of the series but didn't follow it though. Very rarely do I access CW anyway.

CW rarely cancels shows but I am saddened with the cancelation of Legends of tomorrow. Can we have 1 tv movie as an ending for the series. It deserves closure.

Batwoman canceled after 3 seasons? Oh my! I'm so heartbroken and disappointed. NOT! I never watched the show. I didn't even like the previews. I'm sorry but ... Catwoman? I'm OK with her. But Batwoman? I never saw the need for such a character. Obviously, neither did the rest of viewing public. Good bye Batwoman. You will not be missed. At least not by me. LOL.

cmoneyspinner Batwoman is a character from the comics, She is Bruce Wayne's lesbian cousin. The show was a terrible interpretation of the character because she was unlikable. The Actress who plays her quit after one Season, So they decided to kill her off and invent new character in Season 2 by having a Black Lesbian woman to replace her. Rather than making a superhero who just happen to be a lesbian, they make a character who preaches it a lot... As in a lot. CW is not known for canceling shows but after the merger with Discovery, the cancelation train started.​
