I came across this great site years ago, and upon searching for "Toho Tokusatsu Papercraft," I finally found it again!
http://godzillu.daa.jp/
Its most recent update is 2008, but it's got those great papercraft models you can make, and I hope the site author comes out with more!
The models on the site are:
The Black Shark Submarine (the submarine of the villains) from Latitude Zero (Toho; 1969):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/kurosame/
Garamon from Ultra Q (Tsuburaya; 1966):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/garamon/
The head of Mechani-Kong from King Kong Escapes (Rankin-Bass/Toho; 1967):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/m_kong/
Mogera from The Mysterians (Toho; 1957):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/mogera/
And also some very impressive non-Japanese models like:
The floating head of the title god from Zardoz (20th Century Fox; 1973):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/zardoz/
And the Monolith (complete with prehistoric primates) from 2001: A Space Odyssey (MGM; 1968):
http://godzillu.daa.jp/monolith/
Each of them come with instructions in Japanese! These are so impressive, I want to see more, eventually!
