Maybe she is...but I assumed when Steve reassigned her, it was to help oversee his team.

From my impression Steve is the new Fury so every team is his, but the Secret Avengers is dealing with **** he only wants people he trusts to know about like the walkers he saw at the end of Reborn.

I started Avengers during the Busiek run. It was AWESOME. classic. Yeah, I've just decided to drop all avengers but secret avengers, since that's the only one written by NOT Bendis, but by Brubaker, who did an awesome job with Cap.

I have the older stuff in trades, like the ok, i can't remember story line titles, but:

1) One where Zemo gathers more villains and beats the crap out of Jarvis
2) One where Vision and Scarlet Witch gets married

Uh, can't remember anything else that struck me as awesome.
Bendis' stuff has no re-readability. It's just low-brow humor dialogue (*coughspiderman*) and not much of a plot.

After 4 years with crappy storylines like House of M and Secret Invasion and finally Siege, I've finally stopped shelling out $ for his crap.

Steve split all of the strong SHIELD women amongst the teams. Maria Hill, Victoria Hand, and Sharon Carter. Maria Hill for Avengers, Sharon Carter for Secret, and Victoria Hand assumedly for New Avengers.

Probably not, just a good shocker to get people interested. My theory is that it is a Deltite. I would love if it was Forbush Man though, honestly go buy Captain America: Who Won't Wield The Shield.

I'm doubting it will be nick directly but more than likely some kind of clone or wanabe or even rogue LMD?! Now there would be a story! I love nick but honestly don't know enough about his past to even guess who this could be ...

The problem that Fraction has is that his voices for the regular X-Men are off, but he does a good Magneto and Namor. He greatest asset though is the X-Club, he has made Nemesis the best character in Uncanny for me. Really if he focuses on a team that focuses on the "commanders" and the X-Club he would have an incredible book, the whole mutant army needs to go.

I agree about the xblub & Dr Nem .. I am just freaking loving that character ... & the rest of them all too! Honestly I think they need there own ... I want to say series but I know it won't last ... So just give them a decent 1-6 mini or some such I just wiki nems character & damned if it is not old! Lightning Comics #6 1941!!

I'm hoping it is Fury, that just means we will getting a crossover with some of the great things Hickman has been doing with Secret Warriors and the SHIELD series that was started so many months ago.

I agree about the xblub & Dr Nem .. I am just freaking loving that character ... & the rest of them all too! Honestly I think they need there own ... I want to say series but I know it won't last ... Marvel Universe Appendix - Doctor Nemesis

I wanted to take time to explain this and since it centered around an Invaders story it is actually somewhat on topic. See Doctor Nemesis was originally published by Ace Magazines in the 40's which had no connection to Timely or any of it's later incarnations (ie Marvel). One day (1992-93) former Marvel EIC and Golden Age expert and fanboy Roy Thomas had an idea for a new Invaders miniseries which featured several of Timely's lesser known Golden Age heroes becoming feed up with not getting any respect and being lured in to work for the Axis Powers. But Mark Gruenwald, master of Marvel lore, nixed that idea and instead they decided to use characters from defunct publishers that had fallen into the public domain. Which is how we got the good doctor here in the X-Men and why he spends his free time killing Super-Nazi clones in Argentina.
