(Oh, and I personally designed the silver one, called the Sura Armor)

For people who never heard of this show:

It's a tokusatsu show in China, filmed and designed by locals with stunt assistance from Takanori Shibahara (a senior stunt senpai who's been playing multiple Toei's Super Sentai heroes/villians back in 80s).

The first season of tv series came out two years ago, ended last year with a movie.

If you ask me, the first one wasn't too terrible, but rooms for improvment are big. The second ... I dunno, no idea until watch the actual show. All I know is the CGI is way more better.

Hopefully it will be a bit easier to find encodes this time around. Interesting that there are only going to be three heroes this time around.

I've been interested in checking this show out now that I think about it, and this trailer is adding to that interest. I've seen a couple of clips from the first season on Youtube and I didn't dislike what I saw :anime:

Can anyone give me the ups and downs of it, maybe some comparisons to other Toku shows or such?

I said this in another thread, but I'm happy to see another series like this.

Armor Hero was decent, but it needed work with the fight scenes and monster suit design. It's not Sentai yet, but Sentai has designers and stuntmen and writers/directors that have been working in the industry for years. They know what works and what doesn't--Armor Hero's just getting started. Presuming they improve, S2 should be much better.

Well they did have one of the Metal Hero stunt supervisors overlooking the choreography.
