I'm a sentai fan that buys the HK DVDs. I was wondering, Are they even having the volume sets this year for Magiranger? because I don't see any on Ebay

And When I mean by Volume Sets, i mean by the sets with 3 or 4 discs in them

I'm pretty sure that HK's began dying out near the end of Deka's run. The only place you can find any (and usually just copies of previous shows) is from people who copy them. Looks like some of you will have to start saving up for Region 2's. :198:

I pity the fool who plonks down a 600 bucks for R2 Magiranger!

There's still some HKs being squeezed out, they have all of Justiriser and five or six Magi volumes, but I don't think in anything other than individual discs, though. You can't keep HKs bootlegs down! Try as you might, bastards, but they're cockaroaches! They're still here to deliver poor quality at cheap prices.

ADDITION: HKs used to be nice to see a lousy show for a cheap price, but they eventually just got so bad that they became a huge waste of money. Jokes for subs, freezing discs, awful video quality, out of synch audio...

I thought you're agreeing that HK'S are cool. Plus region 2 dont always play on USA dvd players. Also 600 dollars for that MEGA I seen back at JA. Hell to the no!

My HK collection consists of a mix between the box sets and individual volumes. But I haven't boughten anything for MONTHS so I'm just going to hold out for the full Justirisers, Magiranger, and Hibiki box sets.

Aren't HKs Subs? Even badly translated ones are better than none. ...Not like I would waste my money on them with TV-N translating stuff.

Shame TV Nihon's stuff doesn't work on everybody's computers.

Wanna know what the real answer is? ;)

So do I, but every show you can get on HK DVD, you can get on Region 2 with perfect video, audio, packaging, and extras. Plus, there are assloads of shows you can get on R2 that you can't and never will be able to get as an HK.

Do me a favor Knight. When you stumble upon a Justiriser and Magiranger set let me know. Rider Knight scored me a KR Ryuki set.
