Recently bought a new Itouch and no longer need this one.
Screen has no scratches at all due to being covered with a screen protector for the past two years. Back has some faint scratches. No headphones

-USB cable(not original)

-Quick Start and product information guide
Comes with the latest firmware IOS 4.0.2. Decent battery life. Turn off wifi if not in use to conserve power. Someone told me that it drains power.
Non Jailbroke. I restored it to factory settings
