Personally, I like to start from scratch on characters but I know that isn't how this place rolls.

I did once think about a story where the Third Doctor and Jo Grant assist the Science Patrol (and Ultraman) in thwarting an alien invasion sometime in-between The Three Doctors and The Green Death.

But yeah, no crossover. It's probably more trouble than what it's worth. However, I'm not certain what I'd go for. Maybe something like Ultraman: The Adventure Begins or Andro Melos with a team of three or more Ultras.
