King Ghidorah is not frequently made as a giant figure due to his complexity, body shape and wingspan. The largest figure Bandai's ever made for Ghidorah is the Great Monster Series KG, but that has issues with its wings being displayed and is far more expensive than a Super Dragon KG (the one okinawam1978 posted).
