Yeeeah, I know it was legal and all, but... those guys are assholes. Sure, he got towed, but instead of being mature about it, he was a total fucking douchebag.

I think those guys could have done things differently yes, but they have a valid point. Pennies are legal tender. If you run a business you are required by law to take them.
I also have no love for tow trunk companies. I have had to deal with them for friends and family, and for every one good tow company, there are 5 that are run by thugs and criminals.
Also how are those guys douche bags? I mean it's easy to call them that, but at least back that up a bit. They went to get their car out, they had the money to pay for it, when the tow company wouldn't accept their money they called the police. If they were not trying to pay with pennies would you still call them names? I mean yeah they went with a camera knowing what would happen so I can kinda see where you are coming from with the d-bag comment, but still they had every right.

^ This is basically why I think they're d-bags. There was nothing mature about what they did, they could have just gone in, paid, and gotten it over with without making a spectacle out of it. I think just because they have the right doesn't mean they should employ that right, especially when it's wasting the time of the police.
