I'm all for freedom of speech, but there needs to be some sort of line drawn somewhere. Maybe I'm alone on this, but I've always seen HJU as a pretty cool, laid back message board. At the same time I've always seen it as clean and safe as well ... well for what it's worth anyway, what with all of the hunks and hotties picture posting, and now yoai themed threads (lolz).
And for me, that's what makes HJU better than other boards. There aren't retards spamming lemon party or trying to trick people into following a link to tubgirl, or posting whatever disturbing thing that happens to be the flavor of the week. It's a place where I can browse and read what people have to say about tokusatsu old and new, and sometimes add my own comments into the fray.
To be honest, I don't find anything offensive about the images you posted. Believe me, I've seen more perverse, sick and plain crazier stuff. I guess it's more about the principle. I guess I like to think of HJU as being a little classier than other sites on the web ... I might be wrong on that though.
