It really really does. As a character I like Ryu much more than Kagami, who I found quite boring. As people I'd rather spend time with someone who wouldn't insult me constantly. Honestly asking, not trying to prove a point or start an argument here: would you really want to be friends with Ryu if he were a real person?

Is this sarcasm? I enjoy the character a lot but "likable" is not the word I would use. Likable, to me, implies this is someone you'd want to spend time with if he were real.

I would not want to spend time with Mr Goes Mental The Second He Hears A Word Beginning With W.

One of the main reasons why he is one of my favorite secondary Riders aside from IXA (Nago) and Chalice.

Personally I'd prefer making friends with the Narumi Detective Agency folks; a police officer is one of the people I'd least likely to befriend.

- Already answered it--no. Hey, I like Tendou and Tsukasa, and actually found Takumi's character amusing. I don't get that "he's an ass but fun to be around" vibe from Terui.

In fact, we'd probably be at each others' throats 10 seconds after meeting each other.

Seriously, I'm ambivalent about him - not the most awesome second Rider, but certainly not the most annoying.
