A "Wii" Wrist Strap Problem...

Fatass or not, you can't complain or blame Nintendo for something they have made, and already tested, and have had numerous people playing it at places such as oh.. hmm.. Tokyo Gameshow? gathering place of fat sweaty people? Yeah

I don't think Wii had any OopsWiis happen.

If your so profusely sweatworthy due to extremity in fatness, that's a sign.

If playing one match of Tennis on the Wii (during the winter) is going to make you so sweaty that you shoot your wiimote into the tv screen from a slip, you should consider playing real tennis and exercising to lose that fat.

As for the Wii-Glove, use that if your so damn concerned over what your Wii-Room would have. And how can the Material made for the Wii-Mote be any better? It's great enough as it is. It's strong, durable, and unless your made of tiny tiny diamond dust, your skin shouldnt break it. Take care of your systems, your systems take care of you.

And don't think I'm not a fat kid and thus won't sympathize with your over-weight problem. I'm pretty fat too. I can do the truffle shuffle with so many waves, A tsunami would be scared. Possibly...

The Wii-Wrist Strap really doesn't need to be adjusted as long as you follow directions.

That was basically my point. I are the fat, but I've never had problems.

I can see Zanium lining up his kid brother and swinging the Wiimote at him in the hopes that it'll slip and break and he can sue.

You can blame Nintendo. It is their product. Tested or not, accidents still can happen. If straps are breaking, then that is not an error on the consumers part.

I am like 20lbs under my "healthy weight" and I got the controller sweaty within minutes. You don't have to be fat to get it slippery. -_-
Did the wrist strap break and the wiimote fly out of my hand? No. Would I expect it to? Of course.

Why on earth would you expect it to, and how hard are you swinging the freaking thing?

Ummm...if people are throwing their remotes...yeah, that's called user-error. It's not Nintendo's fault.

I played with the system and showed TONS more how to play w/ the system (of all walks of life and of all ages) for 3 months before the system was even released. And not one...not one SINGLE time did I EVER see the remote fly out of someone's hand.

If you have the wriststrap on, and are holding the remote, there is slack on the cord. IE- NO FREAKIN WAY IN HELL it's going to break. If it "slips" out of your hand, that is what the wrist strap is for. Now if it's "slips" out w/ enough force to break the cord, then someone is seriously throwing that remote like they would a 100mph fast ball at the tv. And if they're doing that, they're likely swinging the remote too fast for the sensor bar to track anyway. IE- They're just screwing around.
As for sweaty hands, my hands get sweaty while playing games. They always have. But you know what?? I WIPE THEM OFF ON MY JEANS!!! I mean what the **** kids!?! Is no one thinking, "Wow, my hands are sweating from this intence bowling...too bad I don't have time to wipe my hands while I wait for my buddy to bowl his frame." Or if they're playing by themselfs "...too bad I don't have time to wipe my hands while the ball rolls down the lane or I have to press 'A' to continue."
Not to mention the fact that you're also GRIPPING the remote, and it's not made of any kind of slippery material. It's not like you're trying to hold on to a wet fish here! And if your hands are THAT sweaty, it's like a water works in your palm. Well, maybe you should also have a towel near by to, wipe your hands while you play.

Now I realize that accidents can happen. But seriously, come on.
