A small Naruto rant

anyone here about the fillers ending in February?

I've heard this twice now. That they'd end around episode 175, then again around episode 200. Both times have been incorrect. Now they're saying late winter/early spring? I'll believe it when I see it.

Hahahahahah

I wonder, by February how many will still watch it? Since the manga already way beyond it. And I can't be arsed watching it again. :rolleyes2:

My understanding is that the purpose of the fillers is to allow just that. The anime was, apparently, catching up to the manga too quickly so they wanted to put a gap between them so they didn't have to worry about it.

Maybe it's because I watched the dub, but I tried to get into Naruto and just couldn't. The main character is too annoying to me and after the episode where Naruto is doing stuff with that master's kid, I couldn't see a purpose in continuing if nothing was going to happen. I've seen some episodes here and there since, and while it has some good animation in the fight scenes, I just can't really enjoy it. Same with One Piece, another show that people raved about, but ended up being crap filler with bad voices and stupid acting characters. And horrendous character designs.

It's already been confirmed, it was in Weekly Shounen Jump two weeks ago, Kishimoto confirmed it.

Allright I know im not the only one thinking this and simply my question is: Why the hell do people find this overrated show so great?

Ill admit at first it was good, kind of like a new dog, but now that dog has become old and now its dragging it's ass on the carpet and leaving stains all over the place. Personally I think this dog oughta have been put to sleep quite some time ago. After all when a show has more filler than Dragon Ball Z is a horrifyingly bad sign. And everywhere I go it seems he pops up and im practically having it force fed to me. Does anyone else happen to feel the way I do about this?
Well, it is getting kind of old. Sort of like the show Avatar.

I think it's only "old" because it's been churning out repetitive fillers week after week. When the new season comes around,

[HIDE]It's apparently been renamed as Naruto: Typhoon/Hurricane Chronicles[/HIDE]

it'll be following the manga's overarching plots so we get to learn something new in every episode...I hope.
