80's Style OOO Avatar

Got a little bored and decided to make an avatar for fun that's slightly 80's and early 90's inspired

(I'm a bit of a nostalgia hound)

Now I'm hardly what you would call a graphic artist, but I know my way around photoshop to a point

I prefer using the online photo tool Pixlr to Photoshop honestly
