2D or 3D

With most movies moving in the 3d direction and 2d becoming nonexistent in the movie industry, what is your opinion?

I think this 3D thing might just blowover. But if it doesn't, I don't really care. Either way, a story is a story. I don't care if it's a cartoon, 2D movie, 3D movie, comic, radio show or book. As long as the content is good.

either way is fine. Pixar makes great 3D movies of course, and Disney is going to release a new 2D movie called The Frog and the Princess I think

3-d flicks are actually pretty kool...seeing Optimus Prime in Live Action 3-D would blow me away...

The former.

This sounds like the same kind of argument I would find in forums like Cartoon Brew, among others.

I think both mediums are great. Great if done well. In both cases, I have also seen a lot of crap. So it's not like one is great and the other is evil.

Both forms of animation are legitimate and can create equally beautiful results.
